What languages do your guides speak?
Our standard tours include guides who speak English and Thai. For large groups, we can arrange guides who speak Chinese or Arabic upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for these languages.
Are there free drinks available on board?
Yes, we offer complimentary bottled water and soft drinks throughout the trip.
Are children allowed on board?
Children are welcome on board but must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I go if I am pregnant?
Pregnant women can join our tours, but water sports are prohibited. A medical certificate is required if you are between 2 to 6 months pregnant.
What is the Lunch menu? If I am vegetarian, can the food menu be adjusted to my diet restrictions?
Our buffet lunch includes a variety of options, including vegetarian and Halal dishes. Please inform us of any dietary requirements during booking.
What is the dress code on board?
We recommend casual, comfortable attire suitable for beach activities. Swimwear is essential if you plan to snorkel or swim.

Where is the ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE office? Can we go without a booking?
Our office is located at Phuket Boat Lagoon Marina. However, due to insurance limitations, food availability, and the limited space on the boat, we only serve customers who have made and paid for a reservation in advance. (We apologize if we are unable to accept last-minute bookings for same-day trips.)
Is it possible to book a private tour?
Yes, private tours can be arranged upon request. Please contact us directly for more details and pricing.
Who should I contact to cancel my booking? Can I cancel or change the date of my booking?

What can we do if the weather is really bad?
In case of bad weather, the captain will decide whether to proceed with the tour. If we cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
